You may also see Mia providing support through creating therapy aids and various assistant roles to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic.

Mia has a passion for the role Occupational Therapy can provide in empowering children to reach their full potential in their functional day to day life. Currently studying at university Mia finds drive in the transformative role of Occupational Therapy and is excited to assist the OTKA team in making a meaningful impact in the lives of young individuals.

In addition to her academic pursuits, Mia brings a unique skill set that draws on her work as a sports coach with junior athletes which honed her ability to engage and develop young individuals. She integrates a holistic approach as she caters to and keeps each child at the centre of what she does.

Mia takes a compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach to her work and seeks to engage children in a supportive environment which responds to their distinctive needs and development.

In her spare time, you could find Mia spending time with family and friends, exploring coastal walks and involving herself in local sporting competitions.
