Molly Ley
Occupational Therapist
Molly is a dedicated Occupational Therapist who is passionate about supporting children and families through neuro-affirming, play-based, and evidence-based therapy. She holds a Master of Occupational Therapy from Bond University and brings a wealth of practical experience to her role, along with a strong foundation in child development and family-centred care.
Molly has worked with children aged 0–18 presenting with a wide range of needs, including Autism, ADHD, developmental delays, sensory processing differences, intellectual disability, Down Syndrome, and genetic conditions. She is experienced in conducting both standardised and non-standardised assessments and works closely with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to create individualised therapy plans that are meaningful and achievable.
Committed to lifelong learning, Molly has undertaken professional development in DIRFloortime, pretend play, emotional regulation, trauma-informed practice, neurodiversity-affirming therapy, and sensory processing. She has also presented her own research at the OT Australia National Conference, highlighting her drive for innovation and contribution to the broader OT community.
Molly finds great joy in seeing children grow in confidence and independence, and she values building strong connections with families to ensure they feel supported and empowered on their journey.
