Carly holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Occupational Therapy) from the University of Sydney. She has experience working with children with fine and gross motor challenges, emotional regulation difficulties, and social participation needs. Carly’s journey in paediatrics began in high school when she spent several years volunteering at a preschool, supporting children with additional needs in their play and social interactions.

She has since worked as an Occupational Therapy Assistant and a support worker, further developing her hands-on therapy skills and understanding of child development. Carly takes a patient and individualised approach to therapy, focusing on building strong relationships with children and their families to create meaningful, goal-driven interventions. She is passionate about empowering children to develop independence, confidence, and essential life skills.

Outside of work, Carly enjoys spending time with family and friends, visiting the beach, and exploring local bush walks.
